Our Trustees
Our Trustees are all volunteers
BEV LAMBERT – Founder / Chair of Trustees
Bev has several years experience of organising charity and community group start-ups, as well as event management. She has already raised several thousands of pounds for charitable causes across Suffolk and is a Member of the Institute of Fundraising. A Recruitment Manager within the Healthcare sector, Bev appreciates the importance of having the right people onboard and why volunteers play such an important role in helping to support a charity and to make it successful.
RAYMOND KAY FCMA, CGMA, PGcE – Treasurer
I spent most of my life in the Oil Industry in Accounting, Marketing and Systems Development roles.
I left the Industry at the age of 51 and took a teaching degree which I achieved and this enabled me to teach Accountancy at Local Colleges and later in the Prison Service.
I have always supported local charities/ organisations having spent 10 years as treasurer of the Local RSPCA Branch and was Chairman of Sutton Memorial Hall Management Committee for 5 years (8 years as a committee member). I carry out a number of local audits, mostly unpaid covering Parish Councils, WI and Local Churches. I am also a Parish Councillor for Shottisham.
