Over the Rainbow Children’s Charity relies entirely on voluntary donations. We receive no funding from the government or NHS. We are so grateful to our supporters for their donations which enables us to provide a variety of specialised equipment such as:
Sensory equipment
Lifting aids to enable movement
Nursing beds
Adapted Car Seats
Walking Aids
Wheelchairs
Educational toys which are specially designed for children with disabilities
We provide specialised equipment to improve and enhance the lives of children living with a serious of life threatening illness, helping them to become as independent as possible or just to make day to day living a little easier.
Applications must be for specialised pieces of equipment for individual children and must be made by the individual applying, their parent or legal guardian.
How to Apply
Complete the application form under the Contact Us page and submit. Please ensure all questions are answered in full.
Obtain a letter from someone who works with your child in a professional capacity (occupational therapist, social worker, consultant, doctor etc) to confirm the equipment being requested is appropriate for your child’s needs.
Provide a pro forma invoice or quotation from the supplier of the equipment

Your application will only be considered with the supporting letter and will be discussed at the next available meeting of Trustee’s.
