Challenge yourself – there are lots of challenges available, SkyDive, London Marathon, Cycling events, sponsored walks.
Cake Bake – Bake some cakes and sell at craft fairs, amongst work colleagues or hav e a stall in your local community.
Pub Quiz Nights – nominate us as beneficiary for your pub quiz winnings.
Face Painting – at schools and fetes.
Car Boot Sale – sell your unwanted items and donate your takings to Over The Rainbow.
Open Garden – proud of your garden? Open it to the public or hold a tea party within your community or amongst friends.
Sponsored Swim – A great way for raising sponsorship, ask your friends, families and work colleagues
to sponsor you as you brave the icy cold waters on Christmas or New Year’s Day. In fact, any day of the year the sea isn’t exactly tropical!!
